• Issuing authorities of documents to be authenticated (universities, town halls, courts, ministries, employers) to perform verification
• Technical subcontractors contractually bound to confidentiality (hosting, email, payment processing)

• Professional advisors of PSK Veritas (lawyers, accountants, auditors) bound by professional secrecy

No information is transmitted to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

06Retention Period

Personal information is retained for limited periods proportionate to the purposes of processing:

• Document verification files: 10 years from the delivery of the report, in accordance with our professional traceability obligations
• Prospect and client data without an open file: 3 years from the last contact
• Website browsing data: 13 months maximum
• Email correspondence: 5 years from the last exchange, unless legally or contractually required

Upon expiration of these periods, information is either irreversibly anonymized or securely deleted.

PSK Veritas implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against any loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:
